I coach clients on the importance of directing their energy and efforts towards specific goals in order to bring about tangible outcomes in their lives.

My mission is to guide and support you in envisioning your ideal lifestyle, and then provide practical steps to help you transform your vision into reality. I work to get to know you as an individual, and then offer just the right amount of support and accountability to turn your vision into a clear action plan that propels you towards extraordinary achievements beyond your imagination.

How I Work

Through one-on-one coaching sessions in-person, on the phone, or via Zoom, I take my clients through a proven four-step process that’s completely personalized to your needs:

  1. Assess where you’re at. Through an initial intake session and a series of behavioral and leadership assessments, we work together to create a baseline of your current life.
  2. Create a vision. This is where your wildest dreams come in. We talk through your visions for the future and translate them into concrete goals that you can start working toward.
  3. Take the first step. Together, we identify a small first step for you to take toward your biggest dreams. As you work to reach this goal, you begin to open your mind up to bigger possibilities and tune into your authentic self.
  4. Achieve your dreams. We continue to meet regularly and talk through incremental steps to get you closer to your goals. Much of this work involves adjusting your mindset to begin attracting what you want, and the rest will begin to unfold naturally.

Neurofeedback is a type of biofeedback that uses real-time monitoring of brain activity to help individuals learn how to regulate their brain function. During a neurofeedback session, sensors are placed on the scalp to measure brainwave activity, which is then displayed on a computer screen for the client to see. Through this visual feedback, individuals can learn to modify their brainwave patterns, with the goal of improving work performance. Most clients see an improved cognitive and emotional functioning between 10 and 20 sessions.
